More Murky than a Mud Bath

It didn't successfully file my return from last year, which I only discovered when submitting this year. When trying to upload my forms, it got most of the fields wrong and had to be manually re-entered. It upsold mid way through. Overall very frustrating and more murky that streamlined.

Always a smooth experience. I've used TT for years and have never had any issues or delays. I don't love the increase in fees, but, where isn't that happening these days?
