Not Happy Anymore!!!!

I don't like all the fees at one point it was free. I got audited and I thought Turbo tax protected us from that and it's saying I owe $824.40 for return file date 3/8/2022. I'm not happy. Now I can't even talk to a live person on here without paying I may not be using Turbo tax anymore going forward. I'm doing all he work and get confused and can't get help and still have to pay. NOT GOOD!!!!!

Turbo tax helps me a lot when filing tax return annually. I would not go anywhere else besides here with turbo tax.
