TurboTax is no longer a trustworthy resource

I find TurboTax fees and prices misleading. :( You can be practically finished before a pop up occurs telling you that you must upgrade and pay to complete your taxes. Such a waste of time, and adding a $40 fee to take the funds from your tax return is ridiculous. TurboTax used to be a trustworthy resource and now this company seems to care more about profits made at the expense of middle/lower class Americans than actually helping the consumer. I'm just very disappointed :/ I have been using TurboTax to complete my taxes on my own since I was 16 years old. The way this website runs now is making my consider filing elsewhere for the first time in a decade.

Love Turbo Tax; Couple Things Need Fixed Though

I love using Turbo Tax; however, I really wish you would make each page fit the page so we don't have to scroll down on the right side each time to answer a question or procede to the next page. Also, I do my family's taxes and each time I log into Turbo Tax to do each of their taxes the program/set-up of each page and how the questions are asked are completely. And my biggest complaint is this year it didn't show your Refund or What You Owe as you go in the upper left hand corner like it has done in previous years. It did do it for one of the returns I ran out of 7. Otherwise, I like that you can get information as you go for questions off to the right. I wish there could be a "Chat" that you could use as you go if you have some weird situation and need a second opinion.

Turbo tax is good
