Charged me for a will builder that I submitted no information for or requested to use. It did not disclose the will builder charge until after it ran my card. Slimy

Glitch with Turbo Tax App

I returned to Turbo Tax from previous year(s). I found the app challenging to navigate when attempting to scanning documents & conversion of same. Also, to make simple change to info from scanned documents. I ended up using the on-line version to fix what appears to be a technical glitch on the app because I was able to complete my return from website. Glad to get tech assist for best route to resolve tech issue. Additionally, unable to remove state tax section that did not apply. I need just a simple version of Turbo Tax. It could be simpler to use.
