Getting worse year by year

Spent more than an hour today trying to understand why TT showed a calculated number that was not accurate, regarding a Required Minimum Deduction. All the numbers I entered were accurate. Finally resolved by re-entering the same numbers.
Also the page that was telling me the erroneous information had an incomplete sentence (no verb in an independent clause). Help was no help.
Also the constant upselling is annoying, as is the fancy animated graphics. If that's what I'm paying for please discontinue.

Tubo Tax is very powerful!

I have been using Turbo Tax for some years now and it is a good product for doing my taxes. It easy and simple enough for me to sit down and complete within an hours time. I like the checks and reviews at different steps along the way. Thank you.
