SLOW SERVICE... NOT CLEAR ON THE PRICE....VERY MISLEADING ON THE COST OF SERVICE..THEY ADD ON A PREMIUM SERVICE THAT YOU CAN NOT BACK OUT OF..MY TOTAL IS 157.00 FOR THE CHEAPEST OFFER.

I would have given a 5 star but somehow I clicked on paying the $39 for your services. I thought my filing would be free and especially since I filed before Feb. 28th. I realize I clicked on the wrong box, but I honestly thought when the payment thing came up, I was paying what I owed for my taxes ($29). I definitely will be more careful in the future.

TurboTax cam amended a state return fairly easily

I found a tax break for my state for 2023 and was able to amend that state return fairly easily. What would have been perfect was having the option to perform only the state return and not touch the federal at all. To not file the amended federal return that was created, I did have to select file later for the federal part.
