Turbo Tax was easy to use, graphically appealing, and got me the most money back for my refund. The search bar was my favorite tool when I missed something and wasn't sure where to go.

deceptive prompting makes you believe the simple version can let you e file, but you will the extra cost thrown in at the end is unacceptable. Waste of time. Eat a poop!
