Easy to Use, but Charges Are Deceptive

Easy to go over tax statements, but deceptive in showing final fees. I didn't know that paying through my income tax return would incur an additional fee, on top of the fee to file. Disappointing to an almost good experience.

Advertises free filing but adds charges at the very end. Does not explain anything very well and tries to upsell way too much. I highly recommend some other tax service.
