Saying thanks just isn't enough!!!

I have been using Turbo Tax since I was old enough to start filing taxes [which is longer than I'd like to admit lol] But I have to say that I knew absolutely nothing about this stuff, but from the beginning, it never mattered because Turbo Tax was there to guide me through the process every step of the way. I even had my return rejected for the first time this year, which was super scary, but as always, Turbo Tax walked me right through what to do, why it happened and help me fix it. I can't say thanks enough!! I will continue to use this service as long as it's around!!!

TurboTax is never free!

Never expect it to be free like they advertise. It starts free and then they don't give you a choice but to pick an option that requires payment.
