Honestly!!! I filed my taxes. Spent over an hour, only to find out I was in the wrong account??? How is that even possible? I have filed with you for over 5 years and have two accounts?? I hope I dont get charged twice

Gets stuck in endless loops

First, taxes should be done by the government and extra paid software should be needed at all.
But turbotax is especially annoying. It doesn't remember the big important fact that I don't live in the US every year and always makes me triple check that I really don't have any US income. And I always gets stuck in a feedback loop when trying to download to print it, because they want you to e-file, for which I'm not eligible for.

There's no way to talk to a person to get help with the software being buggy without paying, or to report a bug. Like the feedback loop, or the fact that my download this year didn't have the instructions. And yes,I checked multiple times.
