Clear, concise, effective, efficient!

Filing for 2024 was my first time filing online. Turbo Tax made the process clear and concise. The program asked me more questions than the rep for another company did in-person last year while seeking tax breaks.

Turbo Tax isn't helping

It's not as user friendly as it's been for years. Doesn't sync up forms well and doesn't seem to connect with IRS as easily.

Old format was more user friendly. Constantly trying to solicit a product upgrade is annoying. This may be the last year I bother with this program, basic interest income is not available on the free edition. It cost 49.00 for one extra sheet of paper with 3 lines entered.
