The experience was overall great. The added fees the end was very much not appreciated. May just not file electronically next year.

Did not engage with a "live expert" but when I had to call, the agent who helped me was extremely kind and helpful.
I wish there was a way to combine email accounts. Unfortunately, I receive TT emails on both accounts and it wasn't until I needed my AGI that I realized I wasn't on the email account from last year.

Not as advertised

I felt like I was jumping through hoops to do something that was advertised to be simple and not time-consuming. I filled out all of my information to be directed to a page to complete a payment for 'premium' (with no other option) for my tax returns. I paid out of pocket to not reduce the amount I was getting, in addition to the fact that they charged me more than what they showed me on the page. Furthermore, they still deducted 'fees' from my taxes after charging me for the 'premium', which is ridiculous.
