Frustrating

I am retired and needed to eliminate the PA schedule UE. Followed the directions to delete a form but the directions were incorrect. Needed to input information several times even after taking photos of my forms.

Good until it told me it wasnt free anymore

For the most part Turbo Tax was great. The only thing I did not like was that it said it was free and I ended up having to pay for it because my taxes were not "simple". Other than that it was easy to do.

Getting worse by the year. Just an attempt make money for a crappy service. Platform is clunky and at times illogical. The backbone of which hasn't been updated in years.
