Excellent process; easy to use; step by step processing with excellent Help support. I engaged with a Live agent when I filed my extention in April and was very pleased with the support I received there as well.

My free edition was definitely not free

I was told my refund would be free but instead I was charged almost $180 which I decided to just get billed my giving away part of my refund to TurboTax.
