UNNECESSARY CHARGES

I've only filed my taxes using Turbotax for the past couple of years now, but each time, it has been an absolute scam. They find a way to add unnecessary filing charges and "processing fees" as you file, and by the end, you end up paying almost $200 to file just your federal taxes. In my case, I still had to pay the outrageous filing fee and processing charges, and this platform wasn't even able to file my state taxes. This platform is ridiculous. I recommend using any other platform to file your taxes if you aren't willing to pay this amount or finding an actual human being to do it for you - without the hidden and unnecessary charges that seem to increase as you file.
