On Line Turbo Tax is Confusing

I have used Turbo Tax Desktop for years and rate it excellent. My experience this year using the Online Deluxe was really bad. I could not import my last years taxes from Turbo Tax 2023. I wasn't sure when I'd see my forms and I spent 35 minutes from the time I finished the taxes to getting them viewed and sent.
Also I had NO choice in what forms I ended up with where as in the desktop I could see all the "work" forms also.
I also got stuck somehow this year not being able to purchase the "sale/discount" offers sent to me in Emails. When I tried to purchase Turbo Tax at a discount I was sent straight to ONLINE Turbo Tax through Intuit Turbotax and they indictated if was going to be free. I now have paid an extra $10 because of this.

Security caption button

Didn’t engage with live rep. Had an issue with the security caption accepting my check mark at the end prior to authorization of the return.Had to back out a couple of pages and then go forward to get the caption to work.

Easier each year. I was skeptical at first. Taxes are always stressful for me. This way, I can do them in my home and at my own pace and feel sure I am getting the right results.
