Good product...needs some usability tweaks.

Thuroughly covers all steps needed, almost to point of redundancy. However, some web pages do not give ample directions for what should be next step, especially page with the 4 gold medallions (covers 2/3 of page, while necessary buttons are pushed to the left side).

TurboTax lies do NOT file here

I did not appreciate the last minute fee added during the filing process. The initial fees for filing state and federal were up front and I was fine with that. The additional "premium fee" that was tacked on after entering my information and wrapping up was sneaky. I will NOT be filing with TurboTax ever again.
