I had to bounce back and forth between laptop and phone, turbo tax website and IRS website. What was to take less than an hour took literally over 3 hours!
Pros: My employment status changed this year

FREE nope extra fees

I upset i did not get the FREE filing and was charged $49 then I was charged and extra $44 when i declined the extras
