simple and very user friendly. with the animations being entertaining as well. for someone myself that only has a simple w-2 form to fill out, turbotax makes it easy to fill and submit. beats waiting in line in a office to do a 1 on 1 to fill my taxes. also, it saves me a lot of money by doing it myself

Too Many Interruptions!

This WAS a great service, but every year they interrupt the process with more offers for more services and surveys asking, in effect, "how are we doing?" This has made the process MUCH more time consuming.

Redundant and excessive steps just so they can keep sneaking in choices that cost money. Not user friendly and takes way too long. They just want to skim money from you.
