I don't like this new format. I found it much easier to use the cd disc that was issued in previous years

Taking more money from the poor

Getting annoyed with all these upcharges. Why should I have to pay the site $128.00 to process my taxes when I file them myself. Next year I will be looking to find a new tax site. Ridiculous.

YIKES, changing direct deposit info is obfuscated!

everything was fine until I needed to update my banking info for direct deposit. What an awful experience that was, this should be very intuitive, make a clear opetion to select to edit your banking info.
