turbo tax sucks

Turbo Tax is somewhat misleading in their fees

I received a advertisement that it would be $40 to file federal return as always, instead you charged more, why $49. Also, why are you charging so much to file state? You already have all the information stored, once federal taxes are completed?
I think your program is easy to understand and use but I don't like the bait and switch tactics.

Have used this program for years. Has never been a problem for me. I do not have complicated Taxes, but I feel confident in always getting the most money back using Turbo Tax. The program is extreemly user friendly. Always easy to understand informtion given about all parts of the return by clicking the icon. Highly recomend. I paid the extra money. My only negative is you to need to kind of watch how you are solicited for that. Thats why 4 stars.
