Was expecting it to be free I am confused on why it was so expensive when I still was doing it myself. Not sure if I did things correct, for how much it was I should have just been able to give you my W-2 and id and that be it. I am also confused on why I got nothing back doesn't make sense.

Asked me too many times to upgrade in price. Furthermore, kept saying zip was wrong because it input the wrong state. It would not let me fix the state, only zip (which was correct). As such, I had to print and mail returns.
