It does the job but not always intuitive

The system is ok, I've been using it for years. Not everything is intuitive and not everything has an explanation. However, you can Google something and find a knowledge article fairly easy. I do find it difficult at times to go back to a previous section. It seems that some areas are buried in others and you'll need to dig. I wish it showed a breakdown of what I entered so I can make corrections easier.
