I’ve used turbo tax for years-ever since I had a job and had to file taxes.
This program is a total money grab now and constantly tries to get you to upgrade and doesn’t give you a choice with some situations. An extra $40 processing fee just to pay the other fees that are required now is just asinine.
My husband and I started filing jointly last year and I understand as our situation complicates so does our tax preparation but we will NOT be using this program again. I’m extremely disappointed with this service.
