Turbo Tax is still very good, but I don't like all of the aggressiveness at the time of payment to try and get me to allow my personal information to be used for purposes other than preparing my taxes!

TurboTax is a solid tax filing option with a user-friendly interface and easy step-by-step guidance. It makes the process simple, even if you’re not familiar with taxes. The software does a good job of finding deductions and ensuring accuracy.
However, the pricing structure is frustrating. Charging for extra fees for things that should be standard, and the biggest annoyance is the $40 fee just to pay with your tax return. It feels unnecessary and sneaky, especially when you’re already paying for the service. The constant upselling of add-ons like TurboTax Max is annoying.
