Turbo Tax is Terrific!

Since switching to Turbo Tax, the experience has been the most streamlined yet. I have not yet engaged with a live tax expert, but will do so if the need arises.

You promote that you can file for free and that is not true, if you use Turbo tax, and you even charge if you file and do not pay with a credit card $40, you should have been upfront with this charge and do not even let you change this highway robbery charge, because you are still going to get paid for providing your services. I understand that you are not a charity but $40 is too much.

Difficult to find explanations and areas to edit. No student friendly options and capitalistically benefiting off those who actually need their refund for human right/basic needs.

It's helpful, but Must have senses

The local rd-109 tax incorrectly, only added the local tax from one employer, if I didn't catch the mistake I would have had to send them money. It didn't sound right so I reviewed the form and only one of the w2 local wages was transferred to the form. Most people would have missed that and just over paid,. Fix the software!!!
Pros: My employment status changed this year
