I've always used Turbo Tax, they are fully reliable and I've never had an issue with them.
They have plenty of resources, easy access to great info. I also really like their UI system that makes it easy on your eyes and they make sure to add certain thing like "not very common" so that you don't end up making any mistakes and it's easier on your brain as no one really likes doing taxes in the first place, or going anywhere TO DO taxes either. I remember when I first had to do my taxes at age 18 on my own, and I was so lost and no one could tell me how and I thought that it was strange that every adult did them, and no one knew how. Then I was appointed to TurboTax and I've been using them of over 10 years now.
