Great experience, I am a student who has a part time job and the university does not take taxes out of my paycheck. Turbo Tax made it very easy to file.

Turbo tax is quick and effective. It is a little difficult filing forms that aren't common.

TurboTax sucks for the price, and is a scam

The software had a lot of frustrating issues. It was unable to pull any of my tax forms in this year, and it misread my address on one of the forms that I uploaded. I was then unable to edit that address and it kept erroring out at the final step to e-file. I had to go all the way back to declaring the income and manually enter all of it myself. Would have saved me a lot of time to do that from the beginning, but how could I have known that the time saving tools would cost me so much time. Also the price is a ripoff considering the poor quality.
