Disappointed in TurboTax

Not happy with turbo tax.. things were confusing..had to keep going back and forth..was under impression that program was free, but ended up,paying $200.00 + to process, then ended up being rejected!!!! We did everything by the book.. please explain why rejected.. we had to pay for process , when we could not afford!!

Filing with TurboTax as a Beginner

It took a minute to understand which package, however once I understood such, I was able to complete. I wish it was a bit more beginner friendly for individuals who may not be able to afford payment to process.
