THE FILLING FEE IS A BIT ACCESSESIVE . TO BE CHARED AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR YOU GUYS TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY REFUND AFTER I ALREADY AGREED TO PAY A PORTION FOR FEDERAL AND STATE .NOT ONLY AM I FILING WITH NO ASSISTANCE HELP. CHARGE AND FEES SHOULD BE REVIEWED.

Very easy to use. It walks you through the whole return, especially if you are a repeat customer. Picks up information from last year.

BACK TO COMMON SENCE

Turbo tax has become not very user friendly, thank you for helping me fix 2 mistakes. THAT COST ME. YOU NEED TO GO BACK TO A MORE COMMON-SENSE WAY OF DOING THINGS. THE WAY YOU ASK QUESTIONS CAN BE CONFUSING .

Non-dependent Child

All because I put my one child as a non-dependent, and it all stated that her father could claim her, and looked like no questions asked....WRONG. I filed my taxes, he tried to file his and couldn't claim her. So because of TurboTax mess up, I ended up owing more money because the TurboTax software calculated my non-dependent child into taxes although all breakdowns said otherwise.
The tax specialist that I was able to discuss with this, was absolutely fantastic to deal with and she was just as confused as I was with the whole situation! She even said "Your taxes are correct, so I am not sure what is going on." She called me two different times and we did screen sharing to determine a resolution. Her only suggestion was to delete the child completely.
