It's very easy to use. Im not a fan of having to pay *not by choice for a upgrade that i know i wont use just to file.

Overall easy process I didn't want to use the deluxe but it added it anyway and charge me for it and wouldn't let me take it off, and I had a 20% friend discount that it didn't let me apply but it was easy to use just didn't let you use the discount and was not free
