Problem with completeing filing!

We had some issues as things changed this year. The system was slow as to trying to file at the end. It said it was complete and filed, yet the following day we got a text that it had not filed. Went back in and this time another page came up and gave us the '5 digit signature ID'. We thought it strange the day we filed that we didn't see it?
