Think it could be improved

I found Turbo Tax this year more difficult to use. First, it didn’t upload all my information and I had to manually input the same information I’ve have for years. Second, the continue tab was not always working - like freezing and I had to go back to get it to proceed. I’ve used this program for many, many years ( when we had to buy the software in a store to use).
