Watch out for state tax charges - pay or delete!

Some duplication of 1099s when running the review confused me but fortunately Turbo Tax caught the second duplicate entry and provided a means to delete.
I was not pleased that I could not save and manually file the state forms as I have for the past 10 years with Turbo tax. The only options were to pay the additional fee or to delete the state forms. This is inconsistent with Turbo Tax in the past and I will probably shop around next year.

Turbo tax was quick and easy to navigate. I have not filed my taxes on my own in years, and this was a very easy process.
