I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. I feel like this year a lot changed. It used to walk us through and ask if we had certain items to claim. I feel like maybe the program has been significantly changed because it doesn't seem to do that anymore. I am 76 now and I got through it but it was very difficult for me. I had to contact the help option about 3 times. Twice I had to search for the form I needed. I would feel much more comfortable if it would guide us through and ask more questions so I could feel that I have not missed anything.
