ON Line version of TurboTax

Last year used disc copy of TurboTax, wondering why that information could not have been used to assist in filling out this year's on line version. Or did I miss something

Turbo Tax has many deficiencies

1) Advertisements appearing during the course of the tax form process interfere with the entire process.
2) while reviewing both Fed & Local returns prior to submission Intuit automatically logged me out. I had to completely log in again and return to the spot where it shut me down. This was a waste of time, valuable, and my patience. This should NEVER happen. It made this a significantly LESS Unser friendly process .
3) the language used in the advertising and promotional offers during the process of completing the returns is intentionally obfuscatory and in general lacking clarity.
4) Info. available to person completing the tax forms FAILS to provide specific information that could enable the taxpayer to accurately and completely fill out the tax forms. This is a serious problem. Easily remediated.

way to go turbo tax another successful return
