was supposed to be 40 bucks thought it was taking my state owed out and apparently it was charging me more money and still wanted my bank info to take the state out got charged 80 but didnt have time to do all that over again what a joke

Turbo tax notified me immediately to let me know something to qs wrong with my return like a social security number so I could fix the problem and get my return in q timely manner

I had trouble with my verification code sending it to my email address. It was escalated to the Red desk and they were able to resolve it. THANK YOU!!!!!!
