This will probably be my last year using TurboTax

Definitely dont like the new changes. They took away the bar at the top to show you your numbers changing as you input your information. The fact that we cannot add deductions UNLESS you upgrade your account is a major loss. Last year, I was able to submit my deductions for my freelance work without paying, this year I've done more freelance work and was looking forwards to seeing some of that money back and couldn't because I had to upgrade my account for a second time before having access to that part. This is such an inconvenience for us lower class workers trying to get by, this will probably be my last year using TurboTax, if we're being honest.

Overpriced

I am not happy about being charged $118 for taxes. My taxes are so small it’s not worth the fees. Also, it asks you to put in taxes and medical you pay but I never get anything in return. I paid $1,091 for car taxes and did not receive anything. Why ask?

First time ever doing it on TurboTax and let me just say I was not disappointed everything was very easy with all the information in hand of corse. All I had to do just read the questions and add the information it requested and boom I was ready within 55 min.
