TurboTax is a creditable but awful app

TurboTax does make it easy to fill taxes; however, there are several areas that I find annoying.
1. When you choose the Basic option, TurboTax will assault you with pages to upgrade your plan. This is an unnecessary and ugly way to push their services that you don't need!!!
2. The help pages will give you basic info on my questions, such as where to enter data for a particular form. What's not useful is when I had to enter my AGI from last year and the pages failed to show me, step-by-step, how to find this value.
3. When your trying to file, they'll assault you with unnecessary offers to guarantee that they didn't mess up. These lowlifes sneak in an offer that looks like it's part of the filing fee, but it's not.

Turbo tax does the job easily and economically.

I have filed many ways including using a paid provider, and Turbo Tax is definitely one of the better, economical ways to file.
