Difficult to navigate

Have used desktop copy of turbo tax for years. Found online difficult to follow income and expense categories. Also, couldn't see/review return prior to getting ready to file. Couldn't go from one section to another as easily as desktop. Used online because of the cost.
Was able to transfer prior year taxes but when ready to file 2025 couldn't fine prior year return.
When printed didn't get all pages that I had in prior years. Wanted to see calculation of taxability of social security income but didn't have form.
Will pay the extra for desktop for 2026

Cost too much..

Was a little disappointed in the price filing since I did majority of the work and just used this platform. At first it stated $39 then after you enter all your information they let you know its over $100 after you had filled everything in. I won't be using this option for next year.

found to be harder to find deductions .... auto car interest... had to google... should have been an initial question.... was more difficult then past years to file a simple basic tax return ....

I have used Turbo Tax to file my Federal Income Tax for more than 20 years. I find the program to be easy to follow and enter required information. The program is accurate and compatible with my income situation. There are many features that I have not used to date, but as my income changes in the future may be needed.
