Be ready to lose 20% of your refund to hidden fees

Good that there is a service that will (basically) help for free. I very much disliked that the 3 or 4 hidden fees pop out at the end instead of being upfront about the cost. Don't tease me with a free service then stick it to me with all the hidden fees and surprise functions you can only get if you have the intuit deluxe. Just take my money already and let me get on with my life.

Live Assisance is fantastic

I had problems with my 1099-R entries and had to talk to a live assistant. This person called me back and watched my entries. She was fantastic and made the process easy.
