Missing the CD!!

Great product! Have used it for years to file my taxes My only complaint is the you discontinued the CD! Please bring it back!! Have never had a problem before, but had to call for help to get started using the program. Never had that with the CD!

Dishonest about fees

Makes taxes easy and quick, however, they have now gone to adding fees that you don't get quoted for until the end. Told me I needed deluxe package to file with my 401k info and the package would be 39$, moved on and come to find out at the end they are charging me 150$. I'm not happy with my service, but I needed to file anyways.
