Barely any tax savings or automation. All the important fields and forms are manual and the standard deduction is all it usually accounts for.

Aggressively pushing fees

Too pushy with the fees. I wanted to back out of the $40 charge for paying out of the return, instead paying with Credit Card, and there was no way to change it. No option to remove the $40. So I paid it but am not happy about it.
