Easy to work with. When my W-2 was pulled into the program the ein was incorrect and my return was rejected. It was an easy fix.

Got my taxes done in 45 minutes. Been using TurboTax for years. It has always made doing my taxes simple and as easy as taxes can possibly be. One year I got audited and was glad I had paid for the audit defense because they handled everything and we ended up not having to pay anything with the audit. I make sure to add that every year. I'm a fan!
