The Fact that they say 100% free is not accurate. They charge $35 to proceed with direct deposit into my bank rather than opening a credit karma bank account..

Turbo Tax is simple to use as they guide you through the entire process and are accurate and have you double check everything so you get your best return. I have been using them for years and would never change to another product or service.
