Turbotax lies

They have a free option that is never actually is applied. Instead this is the second year that will not let me choose the option I want and is supposed to be an option with turbotax. They scam people put of money and are not capable of being a reliable tax return site.

ONLINE version of Turbo Tax is not to be feared!

I had to stop using the softward b/c my Mac is old and can no longer update. I kinda panicked but doing the online Turbo Tax was really the same - and easy!

It was pretty easy this time around. I think I had more patience going into it and was able to get through everything step by step.

You said filing is free. WHY was I charged for federal and state PLUS a $40 fee to deduct it from my income. This is just wrong. I will NOT be back. I would rather pay far more to a company who is honest and upfront with the amount I pay BEFORE I finish my taxes.
