This is my first time using Turbotax. Overall I am pleased because of how easy it is to use it. The question marks on the side really offered a lot of help with what the questions meant and even gave examples. The only thing that was off putting was that when I chose to do the free 'do it yourself' at the end it told me that I would need to upgrade to be able to file accurately, although it explained that my filing was not a simple return. Another thing is that when I tried to pay with my tax return it did not let me so I had to enter my credit card information. Overall, it was a good app/company to use but some things did catch me off guard.

Turbo Tax is very good

The experience was good but if my State Return was a $1 why was the processing fee for the State Return $64. Could I had allowed the State Return to keep the $1 and not filed the State Return?
Pros: My employment status changed this year
