Dropped the Ball

This is the first time I am disappointed. TurboTax couldn't file my state return even though I've already paid for it. There was no explanation as to why, either. Just continually said to retry. Where's the money back since you didn't e-file it?

I should not have to pay for something that is legally required by this country. It is 2025, I am not going to "mail my taxes". Let's get real here. The US is the only first world country where we have to do our own taxes, by the way. Every other country does the, for us.
