Wanted the free edition, even denied the retirement bonus to stay free but at the end made me take the bonus so made me pay for my taxes. Bad business.

Great experience with one small suggestion

Easy going and easy to understand. There are a few situations during the Colorado State return where I had to go look at a Colorado Publication for more info only to find out that the situation didn't apply to me b/c of my income levels. So one way TurboTax could improve is to disable some buttons for things that don't apply to me based on my income level. That way I don't have to think about it.
