Strategic Thievery

Watch out for the $44 thievery for "Premium Services" at the end. I specifically navigated "back" to double-check what flashed on the screen and make sure I wasn't paying a penny more than I need to out of my hard-earned cash. I didn't even get the option to review and opt out of what I accidentally clicked into. How low down do you have to be to design a TAX REFUND process to skim hard-earned cash directly out of the hands of tax-paying citizens? Super low. I've worked closely with UX at Fortune 500s. I know how it goes. How you guys sleep at night is beyond me.

In my opinion for the change in charges from all previous years i have always used turbo tax. But, never again, you can pay to have a commercial during the super bowl and now you charge your consumers way more than all pervious years. Will never used turbo tax again.
